Key Requirements:
- French speaking required
- Proven experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) implementation projects.
- Strong project management experience using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Ability to manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource planning.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, technical consultants, developers, and third-party partners.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage business leaders and executive sponsors.
- Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or other D365 F&O business processes.
- Experience overseeing end-to-end ERP implementation lifecycles, from discovery through to go-live and post-implementation support.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
- Ability to identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring successful project delivery.
- Experience with project governance, reporting, RAID management, and steering committee presentations.
- Familiarity with Microsoft project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or Jira.
- Relevant project management certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM, or Scrum are highly desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver projects within budget and agreed timelines.
- Experience working within Microsoft partner or consultancy environments is advantageous.
