Key Requirements:
- Extensive experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Finance implementations.
- Strong knowledge of core finance modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank Management, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting.
- Ability to lead requirements gathering, solution design, workshops, fit-gap analysis, and process optimisation.
- Experience configuring D365 Finance and translating business requirements into functional solutions.
- Strong understanding of financial processes, month-end/year-end close, tax, compliance, and multi-entity environments.
- Experience with data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), training, and go-live support.
- Ability to work closely with technical teams on integrations, reporting, and customisations.
- Proven stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior finance leaders and business users.
- Experience leading functional workstreams or mentoring junior consultants on enterprise-scale projects.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance certifications and excellent communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.
