Key Requirements: 

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM or legacy Dynamics CRM)
• Advanced SQL Server development, including T-SQL, stored procedures, views, and performance tuning
• Experience integrating Dynamics with third-party systems using APIs and web services
• Knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Platform (Power Automate/Power Apps) is beneficial
• Experience with data migration, ETL processes, and reporting (SSRS/Power BI desirable)
• Ability to troubleshoot, optimise, and support Dynamics and SQL environments
• Strong understanding of relational databases and data modelling
• Fluent Polish communication skills (Polish speaking is mandatory)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is advantageous
