Key Requirements:

• Experience:

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in finance or related fields — more experience is highly valued

  • Proven localisation experience within financial operations or consulting

• Financial Expertise:

  • Strong finance background with deep core financial knowledge

  • Fully familiar with local financial regulations and compliance requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to advise on and implement local financial best practices

• Scope:

  • Experience working across multiple Functional Local Companies (FLCs) or equivalent multi-entity environments

• Languages:

  • Romanian – fluent (mandatory)

  • English – fluent (mandatory)

• Profile:

  • Senior-level professional capable of delivering strategic and operational financial insights

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
