Required Skills:

• 5+ years of consulting experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance / Dynamics AX / D365FO

• Deep understanding of core finance processes: GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash & Bank, Closing, Controlling

• Comfortable managing end-to-end workstreams and maintaining client relationships

• Hands-on approach, working closely with both the system and the client

• Strong communication skills with C-level executives and finance stakeholders

• Fluent in German and English

• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset; takes initiative and drives tasks forward

• Experience in real estate, asset management, or financial services (preferred, not mandatory)
