Key Requirements:

8+ years of overall experience, including 3+ years working with Workday, specifically supporting Security and Data Management.

Strong knowledge of HR processes, procedures, and policies, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.

Deep understanding of Workday security architecture, including security groups, domain security, and business process security.

Experience managing data governance, data accuracy, and the full data lifecycle, ensuring high data quality standards.

Knowledge of data privacy and compliance regulations such as General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including retention and confidentiality requirements.

Proven ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues, while recommending and implementing effective solutions.

Experience supporting audit processes, internal controls, and audit reporting, ensuring compliance with governance standards.

Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify issues and implement solutions.

Ability to manage sensitive information with strict confidentiality and maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Demonstrated strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Effective time management and project management abilities, with experience handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
