Key Requirements: 

  • 8+ years of overall experience, including 3+ years working with Workday, specifically supporting Security and Data Management.

  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, procedures, and policies, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.

  • Deep understanding of Workday security architecture, including security groups, domain security, and business process security.

  • Experience managing data governance, data accuracy, and the full data lifecycle, ensuring high data quality standards.

  • Knowledge of data privacy and compliance regulations such as General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including retention and confidentiality requirements.

  • Proven ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues, while recommending and implementing effective solutions.

  • Experience supporting audit processes, internal controls, and audit reporting, ensuring compliance with governance standards.

  • Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify issues and implement solutions.

  • Ability to manage sensitive information with strict confidentiality and maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Demonstrated strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

  • Effective time management and project management abilities, with experience handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
