Key Requirements:

2–5+ years of experience in application support, preferably with ITEROP or similar workflow management tools

Strong knowledge of business process automation and workflow management

Experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving application issues

Ability to monitor system performance and ensure application stability

Experience with incident management, ticketing systems, and SLA adherence
-
Knowledge of integration points, databases, and APIs relevant to ITEROP applications

Ability to support user queries, provide technical guidance, and escalate issues when needed
-
Familiarity with system upgrades, patches, and release deployment processes
-
Understanding of security, user roles, and permissions within ITEROP
-
Strong communication skills to interact with business users and technical teams
-
Ability to document incidents, solutions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
-
Analytical mindset with problem-solving and critical thinking skills
-
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple issues in a fast-paced environment
