Key Requirements: 

• Over 5 years of consulting experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Dynamics AX, and D365 Finance & Operations

• Strong expertise in core finance functions, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank Management, Financial Closing, and Controlling

• Proven ability to own end-to-end workstreams, managing both delivery and client relationships independently

• Hands-on, solution-oriented approach, working closely with both the system and business stakeholders

• Excellent communication skills, with demonstrated experience engaging C-level executives and senior finance leaders

• Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken

• Highly proactive and ownership-driven, with the ability to anticipate needs and drive initiatives forward without waiting for direction

• Experience in real estate, asset management, or financial services is an advantage, though not required
