Key Requirements:
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) in both functional and technical roles
- Proven background as a Product Owner, Solution Architect, or hybrid Technical PO within ERP programmes
- Deep understanding of D365 F&O architecture, modules, and end-to-end business processes
- Ability to define and drive product vision, technical roadmap, and architecture alignment with business goals
- Strong capability in translating business requirements into scalable technical and functional solutions
- Experience working closely with development teams on design, configuration, customisation, and integrations
- Strong knowledge of system architecture, data flows, and integration patterns within D365 F&O ecosystems
- Experience managing and prioritising product backlogs in Agile/Scrum environments
- Ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, and manage stakeholders across business and IT functions
- Strong understanding of ERP implementation lifecycles and large-scale transformation programmes
- Experience ensuring solution quality, scalability, and alignment with enterprise architecture standards
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a focus on delivering business value
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and business teams
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including offshore/third-party vendors
- Ability to balance strategic product ownership with hands-on technical architectural input
