Key Requirements: 

• Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) modules, architecture, and lifecycle.

• Experience with global template design and multi-country rollouts.

• Strong understanding of integration patterns, data migration, and system extensions/customizations.

• Familiarity with Power Platform, Azure, and related Microsoft ecosystem technologies.

• Expertise in finance, accounting, and operational processes across industries.

• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.

• Experience in governance, compliance, and standardization of global templates.

Leadership & Collaboration:

• Proven stakeholder management, including working with functional analysts, developers, business users, and management.

• Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

• Ability to lead workshops, guide design decisions, and mentor team members.

• Experience in full project lifecycle from design through deployment and support.

• Skilled in problem-solving, decision-making, and driving continuous improvement.

• Comfortable with onsite and remote collaboration across multiple geographies.

• Willing to travel for global rollout support and occasional onsite presence.
