Key Requirements:

Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) modules, architecture, and lifecycle.

Experience with global template design and multi-country rollouts.

Strong understanding of integration patterns, data migration, and system extensions/customizations.

Familiarity with Power Platform, Azure, and related Microsoft ecosystem technologies.

Expertise in finance, accounting, and operational processes across industries.

Ability to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.

Experience in governance, compliance, and standardization of global templates.
Leadership & Collaboration:

Proven stakeholder management, including working with functional analysts, developers, business users, and management.

Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Ability to lead workshops, guide design decisions, and mentor team members.

Experience in full project lifecycle from design through deployment and support.

Skilled in problem-solving, decision-making, and driving continuous improvement.

Comfortable with onsite and remote collaboration across multiple geographies.
-
Willing to travel for global rollout support and occasional onsite presence.
