Key Requirements: 

• End-to-end ownership of project delivery (scope, schedule, budget, risks)

• Strong governance, reporting, and PMO support

• Experience managing Agile / hybrid delivery models

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors

• Proactive risk, issue, and dependency management

• Stakeholder communication at senior leadership level

• Ensure quality, compliance, and delivery standards

• Strong planning, documentation, and RAID management skills
