Key Requirements: 

• Proven experience implementing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance (D365 F&O Finance).
• Strong knowledge of core Finance modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank Management, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting.
• Experience delivering full project lifecycles, from requirements gathering and solution design through to go-live and post-implementation support.
• Ability to lead client workshops, gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Experience configuring financial dimensions, workflows, security roles and business processes within D365 Finance.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, month-end/year-end close, statutory reporting and compliance.
• Experience working with integrations to third-party systems and Microsoft technologies, including Power Platform, Azure or Dual-write.
• Ability to perform functional testing, support UAT, data migration and user training.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, working with finance teams and senior business users.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant certification is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process improvements and recommend best practice solutions.
