Key Requirements:
- Proven experience implementing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance (D365 F&O Finance).
- Strong knowledge of core Finance modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank Management, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting.
- Experience delivering full project lifecycles, from requirements gathering and solution design through to go-live and post-implementation support.
- Ability to lead client workshops, gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Experience configuring financial dimensions, workflows, security roles and business processes within D365 Finance.
- Strong understanding of financial processes, month-end/year-end close, statutory reporting and compliance.
- Experience working with integrations to third-party systems and Microsoft technologies, including Power Platform, Azure or Dual-write.
- Ability to perform functional testing, support UAT, data migration and user training.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, working with finance teams and senior business users.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant certification is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process improvements and recommend best practice solutions.
