The Role

We are looking for a D365 F&O Consultant / Analyst to join an international ERP transformation programme, supporting the delivery and rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations across multiple countries.

This is a hands-on functional consulting opportunity suited to someone who has experience working on international ERP implementations and rollouts, can take ownership of their area, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced programme environment.

The role will involve working closely with international stakeholders, understanding business requirements, supporting functional delivery and helping drive the programme forward across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design, implementation and rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective D365 F&O solutions.
• Provide hands-on functional consulting and analysis across ERP processes.
• Support configuration, testing, issue resolution and deployment activities.
• Work across multiple countries and adapt solutions to different local business requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, business users and international stakeholders.
• Take ownership of assigned workstreams and drive activities through to completion.
• Identify risks, issues and dependencies and proactively support their resolution.
• Contribute to the successful delivery of an ERP programme operating within a challenging and time-sensitive environment.
• Travel internationally for approximately one week per month to support project delivery and stakeholder engagement.

About You

• Strong experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Strong international ERP rollout experience.
• Solid hands-on functional consulting background.
• Strong Finance experience is particularly valuable.
• Experience delivering ERP solutions across multiple countries.
• Comfortable working with and managing relationships with international stakeholders.
• Able to work independently, take ownership and drive tasks forward.
• Comfortable joining a programme that is under pressure or behind schedule.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally one week per month.
