Key Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years' experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance / Dynamics AX.
• Strong experience implementing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance.
• Ability to work in complex, multi-country/global environments.
• Strong understanding of finance processes and ERP best practices.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage.
• Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management certifications are desirable.
• Project Management certifications (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, Agile) are an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead workshops, provide user training, and support system testing.
• Willingness to collaborate with cross-functional and international teams.
