Key Requirements:
- Extensive experience managing global, multi-country payroll projects and implementations.
- Strong knowledge of payroll operations, compliance, tax, and statutory regulations.
- Proven project management skills, including planning, risk management, budgeting, and delivery.
- Experience with payroll and HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or ADP GlobalView.
- Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders, vendors, and international teams.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and change management capabilities.
- Familiarity with payroll transformation, process improvement, and governance frameworks.
- Relevant project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is often preferred.
