Key Requirements:
- Polish speaking is advantage
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, especially Marketing Cloud / Account Engagement (Pardot)
- Build, configure, and optimize marketing automation journeys, campaigns, and workflows
- Strong understanding of email marketing, segmentation, lead nurturing, and personalization
- Experience with data extensions, lists, segmentation logic, and audience management
- Ability to integrate Salesforce CRM data with marketing automation tools
- Knowledge of SQL, AMPscript, or similar scripting (preferred for Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- Experience with APIs and third-party marketing tools/integrations
- Strong data quality, tracking, and reporting/analytics skills (campaign performance, ROI)
- Familiarity with lead lifecycle, scoring, and attribution models
- Collaboration with marketing, sales, and CRM teams to align campaigns
- Troubleshooting automation issues and ensuring deliverability/compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
