We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Practice Lead to lead the strategic direction, development, and management of our ServiceNow platform. In this role, you will act as the primary architect and technical leader, driving platform innovation and ensuring ServiceNow effectively supports business operations and future growth. You will lead a dedicated team focused on enhancing and optimizing the platform while working closely with stakeholders across the organization to align ServiceNow capabilities with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the lead architect for the ServiceNow platform, overseeing design, configuration, implementation, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Lead and mentor a team responsible for the development, enhancement, and support of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and align platform capabilities with organizational objectives.
  • Establish and maintain best practices for ServiceNow governance, security, performance, and optimization.
  • Ensure seamless integration between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications and systems.
  • Oversee day-to-day platform administration, ensuring reliability, scalability, security, and high performance.
  • Manage ServiceNow licensing and ensure compliance with licensing agreements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with ServiceNow and third-party vendors to ensure effective support and service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with ServiceNow in an architect, lead, or managerial capacity.
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and HRSD development, configuration, and administration.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL best practices, as well as ITSM and HR operational processes.
  • Experience or knowledge of ServiceNow Now Assist AI is considered an advantage.
  • ServiceNow certifications such as Administrator, Developer, or Implementation Specialist are highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing technical teams and platform initiatives.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
