Key Requirements:

• Experience with platform management, system architecture, and scalability.

• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.

• Understanding of security, compliance, and disaster recovery.

• Ability to lead and mentor infrastructure/operations teams.

• Experience managing vendors, partners, and service providers.

• Strong project and service delivery management skills.

• Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of systems.

• Manage incident response, problem management, and change control.

• Oversee monitoring, capacity planning, and system upgrades.

• Align infrastructure and platform strategy with business objectives.

• Develop and maintain IT policies, standards, and governance.

• Manage budgets, cost optimization, and resource planning.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical ability.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

• Experience with ITIL or service management frameworks (preferred).
