Key Requirements:

• Strong experience in data engineering, ETL/ELT pipelines, and large-scale data processing
• Advanced skills in SQL and programming (Python, Scala, or Java)
• Hands-on experience with Spark, Kafka, Databricks, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Expertise in data warehouses/lakes (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, etc.)
• Experience designing scalable, secure, and high-performance data architectures
• Knowledge of orchestration and DevOps tools (Airflow, CI/CD)
• Strong understanding of data governance, quality, and modeling
• Proven ability to lead teams, mentor engineers, and manage stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Typically requires 7+ years of data engineering experience and prior technical leadership experience
