Required Skills:

• Expertise in D365 F&O O2C processes: Sales Order Management, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Credit & Collections, and Customer Invoicing

• Configuration and implementation of O2C modules and related workflows

• Strong knowledge of integration points with Finance, Inventory, and Production modules

• Reporting and analytics using D365 F&O, Power BI, and Management Reporter

• Business process analysis, optimization, and solution design for O2C cycle

• Security and role-based access setup for O2C processes

• Testing, troubleshooting, and deployment support for O2C implementations

• Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and order management principles

• Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills

• Relevant D365 certifications preferred (e.g., MB-210, MB-310, MB-900)
