Key Requirements: 

• Experience in ERP testing, including SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
• Strong test planning and coordination skills, including creating scenarios, scripts, and managing test data
• Ability to track test execution, defects, and resolution progress
• Knowledge of end-to-end business processes, system integrations, and data migration
• Experience ensuring system readiness and overall quality prior to go-live
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with both business and IT teams
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to validate and troubleshoot processes
