About The Role

Key Requirements

• Proven hands-on delivery experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.

• Practical experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio and Power BI.

• Strong understanding of AI capabilities, workflow automation and business process improvement.

• Experience identifying and shaping AI and automation use cases to address business challenges.

• Ability to assess technical feasibility and advise on solution architecture and implementation best practices.

• Confident delivering technical coaching, workshops and enablement sessions to client teams.

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

• Experience supporting technology adoption, knowledge transfer and capability building within client organisations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical guidance on Power Platform and Microsoft AI capabilities.

• Deliver workshops, technical coaching and enablement sessions to help clients build their skills and confidence.

• Identify opportunities to introduce AI and automation to improve business processes and operational efficiency.

• Advise clients on technical feasibility, solution architecture and implementation best practices.

• Support client teams in developing, implementing and optimising Power Platform and AI solutions.

• Help accelerate adoption of Microsoft technologies through knowledge sharing, practical demonstrations and tailored guidance.

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate business challenges into effective technical solutions.
