Key Requirements: 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong active listening abilities and the capacity to present complex ideas clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, manage multiple priorities, and quickly adapt to new challenges and learning opportunities.

• Hands-on experience with enterprise-level software applications and technologies.

• Knowledge of investment research processes and related financial products is a strong advantage.

• Solid understanding of the Product Development Life Cycle, with strong product management and technical expertise in a fast-paced Agile/Scrum environment.

• Strong process-oriented mindset with proficiency in design and collaboration tools such as Figma and Adobe XD, and Agile management platforms including Jira, Confluence, or similar software.
