Key Requirements:

• Proven experience leading the design, development, and delivery of Workday integrations.
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PICOF, and Workday Web Services.
• In-depth knowledge of Workday HCM, Payroll, Finance, and/or Recruiting modules.
• Experience integrating Workday with third-party systems such as payroll providers, benefits platforms, ERP systems, and identity management solutions.
• Strong understanding of integration architectures, APIs, XML, XSLT, SOAP, and REST services.
• Experience troubleshooting complex integration issues and providing ongoing support.
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience leading integration workstreams across Workday implementations, upgrades, and enhancement projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
