Key Requirements:

• French/English speaking

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce / AX Retail

• Solid understanding of retail operations (POS, store processes, pricing, promotions, inventory, omnichannel)

• Ability to gather requirements, run workshops, and translate business needs into functional designs

• Hands-on configuration of POS, Retail HQ, discounts, payments, loyalty, channels

• Knowledge of integrations, data models, and support for UAT/testing

• Experience collaborating with technical teams on customisations and extensions

• Capable of producing documentation, training materials, and supporting change management

• Familiarity with Power Platform, analytics, and retail data/AI concepts

• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and consulting skills
