  • Sales and Business Development: Drive sales activities and cultivate customer relationships in the domains of Digital Experience and Enterprise Engineering.
  • Strategic Design: Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to transform business needs into Digital Engineering Solutions.
  • Revenue Targets: Lead the entire sales process and achieve annual revenue and total contract value objectives.
  • Sales Management: Work effectively in a matrix organization, strategically prospect, and manage sales goals.
  • Executive Relationships: Build strong, enduring executive relationships through collaboration with Vertical teams.


  • Education and Experience: Hold a Bachelor\'s degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Possess several years of experience in Sales and Business Development.
  • Digital Ecosystem Knowledge: Familiarity with the digital landscape, industry trends, customer challenges, and potential opportunities across various technology areas.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to articulate the impact of software on businesses to senior executives and effectively translate business requirements to relevant stakeholders.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding and experience in selling modern application engineering work and/or native cloud development. Familiarity with platforms such as Redhat Openshift, Amazon Web Services, Azure, GCP, and Pivotal Cloud Foundry is highly valued.
  • Consultative Selling: Skill in identifying digital solutions for business problems and engaging potential customers through consultative selling approaches.
  • Service Mapping: Experience in understanding client requirements and aligning them with suitable service offerings.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership qualities with excellent oral and written communication abilities.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Dutch, as they are the required business languages.
