  1. Lead the transformation efforts from SAP HCM to HXM, working closely with the client\'s HR and IT teams to understand their current processes and requirements.
  2. Analyze and assess the existing SAP HCM landscape, identifying gaps, areas for improvement, and opportunities for leveraging HXM functionalities.
  3. Collaborate with client stakeholders to design, configure, and implement SAP HXM modules, including but not limited to Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Employee Self-Services, and Employee Central.
  4. Provide expertise in SAP HCM and HXM modules, offering guidance and best practices to ensure a seamless transition and optimization of HR processes.
  5. Develop a comprehensive transformation roadmap, including project plans, timelines, and resource allocation, to ensure successful delivery of the HCM to HXM migration.
  6. Define and execute data migration strategies to ensure a smooth transfer of HR data from the legacy HCM system to the new HXM modules.
  7. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the successful integration of SAP HXM modules with other systems and applications within the client\'s landscape.
  8. Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to validate the accuracy and functionality of SAP HXM configurations and customizations.
  9. Provide training and ongoing support to end-users to facilitate a smooth transition and adoption of the new SAP HXM functionalities.
  10. Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP HCM and HXM trends, innovations, and best practices, and share knowledge with the client\'s HR and IT teams.


  1. Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. X+ years of experience working as a SAP HCM Consultant, with a focus on HR transformations and transitioning to HXM modules.
  3. Strong knowledge of SAP HCM and HXM functionalities, including configuration, integration, and reporting.
  4. Experience in successfully leading SAP HCM to HXM transformation projects, preferably within large-scale organizations.
  5. In-depth understanding of HR business processes and best practices, with the ability to propose innovative solutions.
  6. Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and other relevant SAP HCM/HXM modules.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and provide effective resolutions.
  8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and ideally proficiency in German.
  9. SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors certifications are highly desirable.
  10. Eligibility to work in Switzerland, with a willingness to travel as needed to support project requirements.
