Responsibilities:
- Lead the transformation efforts from SAP HCM to HXM, working closely with the client\'s HR and IT teams to understand their current processes and requirements.
- Analyze and assess the existing SAP HCM landscape, identifying gaps, areas for improvement, and opportunities for leveraging HXM functionalities.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to design, configure, and implement SAP HXM modules, including but not limited to Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Employee Self-Services, and Employee Central.
- Provide expertise in SAP HCM and HXM modules, offering guidance and best practices to ensure a seamless transition and optimization of HR processes.
- Develop a comprehensive transformation roadmap, including project plans, timelines, and resource allocation, to ensure successful delivery of the HCM to HXM migration.
- Define and execute data migration strategies to ensure a smooth transfer of HR data from the legacy HCM system to the new HXM modules.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the successful integration of SAP HXM modules with other systems and applications within the client\'s landscape.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to validate the accuracy and functionality of SAP HXM configurations and customizations.
- Provide training and ongoing support to end-users to facilitate a smooth transition and adoption of the new SAP HXM functionalities.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP HCM and HXM trends, innovations, and best practices, and share knowledge with the client\'s HR and IT teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- X+ years of experience working as a SAP HCM Consultant, with a focus on HR transformations and transitioning to HXM modules.
- Strong knowledge of SAP HCM and HXM functionalities, including configuration, integration, and reporting.
- Experience in successfully leading SAP HCM to HXM transformation projects, preferably within large-scale organizations.
- In-depth understanding of HR business processes and best practices, with the ability to propose innovative solutions.
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and other relevant SAP HCM/HXM modules.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and provide effective resolutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and ideally proficiency in German.
- SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors certifications are highly desirable.
- Eligibility to work in Switzerland, with a willingness to travel as needed to support project requirements.
