Key Requirements: 

• Strong experience with SAP FICO (FI/CO modules)
• Hands-on experience with SAP finance implementation, rollout, and support projects (end-to-end lifecycle)
• Deep functional knowledge of:
  • Financial Accounting (FI): General Ledger, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting
  • Controlling (CO): Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing
• Experience in configuration of:
  • Chart of Accounts
  • Posting keys, document types, and tolerance groups
  • Cost element and cost center structures
• Strong understanding of financial closing processes (month-end/year-end closing)
• Experience with intercompany accounting and reconciliation processes
• Knowledge of tax configuration and statutory reporting requirements
• Exposure to integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP)
• Experience with SAP data migration, testing, and cutover activities
• Familiarity with reporting tools such as SAP Fiori, SAP BW, or Power BI (preferred)
• Ability to gather requirements and translate them into SAP functional designs
• Strong experience in user training, UAT support, and post-go-live support
• Experience working with tools like SAP Solution Manager (or equivalent)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work in cross-functional and global project teams
• SAP certification in FI/CO (preferred)
