About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Trainer to deliver engaging and practical online training to SAP professionals and learners.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background as an ABAP Developer, hold relevant SAP certification, and have proven experience delivering online SAP training. You will be responsible for translating your technical expertise into clear, structured and engaging learning sessions for a range of audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality online training sessions focused on SAP ABAP.
• Develop and deliver structured, engaging training content suitable for different levels of learner.
• Explain complex ABAP concepts in a clear and practical way.
• Use real-world examples and practical exercises to support learning.
• Answer learner questions and provide guidance throughout training sessions.
• Adapt training delivery based on learner needs and technical ability.
• Support learners in developing their practical ABAP development skills.
• Where applicable, contribute to or develop training materials, exercises and supporting documentation.
• Keep training content aligned with current SAP ABAP technologies and best practices.

Essential Requirements

• SAP Certified with relevant SAP ABAP certification.
• Strong professional background as an SAP ABAP Developer.
• Proven experience delivering online/virtual SAP training.
• Strong knowledge of ABAP development and SAP technical concepts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to different audiences.
• Fluent in French and English.

Desirable

• Previous experience creating your own training materials, presentations, exercises or course content.
• Experience training both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience delivering structured SAP certification or skills-based training.
• Knowledge of newer SAP technologies and developments within the ABAP environment.
