Required Skills:

Strong functional knowledge of SAP HCM core modules: Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), and Payroll.

Hands-on experience in configuration, testing, and support of SAP HCM processes.

Good understanding of HR master data, infotypes, and integration with other SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SuccessFactors).

Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.

Familiarity with end-to-end implementation lifecycle (blueprinting, realization, testing, go-live, and support).

Knowledge of statutory compliance and country-specific HR/payroll regulations.

Basic understanding of ABAP/debugging for issue analysis and coordination with technical teams.

Experience preparing functional specs, documentation, and user training materials.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
-
SAP HCM certification and exposure to S/4HANA or SuccessFactors environments preferred.
