Key Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in SAP SF Compensation module: Compensation Plans, Variable Pay, Bonus, Merit, Eligibility Rules, and Templates.

  • Experience with configuration, including Pay Components, Rating Scales, Workflows, and MDF objects.

  • Knowledge of integration with Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and Reporting/Analytics.

  • Hands-on experience in full lifecycle implementation, testing (UAT), and post-go-live support.

  • Analytical skills for compensation data validation, reporting, and recommendations.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

  • 3–8 years of SAP SF Compensation experience; SF Compensation certification preferred.
