Key Requirements:

Strong SuccessFactors Expertise: Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, or Talent Management.

End-to-End Implementation Experience: Hands-on experience with full-cycle SuccessFactors implementations, upgrades, and support projects.

Business Process Expertise: Ability to analyze, design, and optimize HR processes aligned with SuccessFactors functionality.

Configuration & System Knowledge: Experience in configuring SuccessFactors modules, workflows, business rules, and reports.

Integration & Data Management: Knowledge of integrations (SF APIs, EC Payroll, LMS, SAP ERP), data migration, and reporting.

Change Management & Training: Ability to support organizational change initiatives and end-user training for smooth adoption.

Problem Solving & Issue Resolution: Strong troubleshooting skills for functional, configuration, and process-related issues.

Communication & Stakeholder Management: Ability to collaborate with HR teams, business leaders, and IT stakeholders effectively.

Documentation & Testing: Skilled in writing functional specifications, test scripts, and supporting UAT.

SAP Certification (Optional): SuccessFactors module certification is preferred but not mandatory.
