Key Requirements: 

  • Proven expertise in Workday configuration, administration, and support across Core HCM, Absence, Time Off, Recruiting, Reporting, Talent & Performance, and Advanced Compensation.

  • Skilled in creating and enhancing business processes, security configurations, reports, calculated fields, and custom objects to meet business requirements.

  • Strong knowledge of Workday integrations, with particular focus on Payroll-related integrations.

  • Solid understanding of HR practices and processes, ensuring alignment of system functionality with organizational needs.

  • Workday Pro accreditation or certification (preferred), demonstrating advanced proficiency in Workday functionality and best practices.
