Key Requirements:
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Core HR modules to ensure accurate and efficient HR operations.

Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and terminations.

Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.

Partner with HR and IT teams to design and implement business processes within Workday.

Troubleshoot and resolve Core HR-related system issues, providing user support and training where needed.

Collaborate on system upgrades, testing, and change management initiatives.

Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and workflows.

Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance HR processes and efficiency.
