Key Requirements: 

• 3–5 years of experience in Python-based web development

• Strong analytical mindset with a solution-oriented approach and a focus on writing clean, maintainable code

• Good understanding of digitalization and modernization within traditional industries

• Experience with asynchronous Python development and distributed systems is a strong plus

• Experience developing applications using Django is a strong plus

• Previous experience with system integrations and working with open APIs is a strong plus

• Experience with AWS or other cloud-based development environments is a plus

• Previous experience developing financial systems, CRM platforms, or similar web-based applications is a plus
