Key Requirements: 

• Strong expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud (Communities, portals, partner/customer sites).

• Experience with site setup, branding, theming, and Lightning components.

• Knowledge of security models, sharing rules, and user access management.

• Ability to design user journeys, self-service flows, and digital experiences.

• Familiarity with integration of external systems into Experience Cloud.

• Skilled in requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder workshops.

• Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant certification (highly preferred).
