Key Requirements:

• Expertise in gathering requirements, process mapping, and translating business needs into ServiceNow solutions.

• Knowledge of HR workflows, case management, and employee service operations.

• Experience with configuring HRSD/EC Pro components, reports, and dashboards.

• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.

• Familiarity with ITIL practices, HR compliance, and ServiceNow best practices.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
