Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field

3–6 years of experience in Workday Core HCM and Advanced Compensation implementations or support

Foundational knowledge of Workday HCM, including worker data, organizational structures, and security concepts

Strong functional expertise in compensation administration, including plan setup, eligibility, and compliance

Ability to translate business requirements into functional Workday configurations
-
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills

Workday Core Compensation certification is a plus (not mandatory)
