Key Requirements:
Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, IT, or a related field.

3–4 years of experience in Workday operations, HRIS support, project internships, or related data management roles.

Basic knowledge of Workday data structures, EIB, worksheets, and mass data uploads is advantageous.

Collaborative, proactive, and well-organized team player.
Technical Skills
-
Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with SmartSheet, reporting tools, or data visualization platforms such as Power BI is a plus.

Foundational understanding of data analysis and troubleshooting; eager to learn ETL tools, macros, or basic SQL/Python.

Strong attention to detail and motivation to develop expertise in data management and validation.
Communication & Analytical Skills

Effective written and verbal communication; able to seek guidance and clarify requirements with team leads.

Analytical thinker with the ability to follow instructions and ensure accuracy in data tasks.

Open to learning, adaptable, and committed to contributing in a collaborative team environment.
