Lead Workday HCM Implementations: Oversee end-to-end HCM projects, from requirements gathering to design, configuration, testing, and go-live.

Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with HR leaders, business teams, and IT to understand requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.

Solution Design: Define and document functional design, business processes, and system configurations aligned with Workday best practices.

Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and manage functional consultants and project teams to ensure successful delivery.

Data Management & Reporting: Ensure accurate data structures, reporting, and analytics across HCM modules.

Module Expertise: Strong functional knowledge across Workday HCM modules such as Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Recruiting, and Payroll.

Testing & Validation: Lead UAT, integration testing, and data validation to ensure system readiness.

Change Management & Training: Support organizational change initiatives and end-user training for smooth adoption.

Integration Oversight: Collaborate with technical teams on Workday integrations and system interfaces.

Workday Best Practices: Ensure solution design complies with Workday standards, scalability, and future roadmap considerations.

Problem Solving & Issue Resolution: Quickly address functional issues and provide practical, compliant solutions.
