Key Requirements:

Workday Integration Expertise: At least 4 years of hands-on experience developing Workday integrations using EIB, Studio, CCW, PICOF, WECI, and PECI.

Functional Knowledge: Solid understanding of Workday HCM and its core functional processes.

Technical Skills: Proficient with web services and related technologies, including XML, XSLT, XPath, SOAP, WSDL, XSD, and UDDI.

Integration Design & Implementation: Proven ability to design, build, and implement Workday integrations, business processes, and reports.

Communication: Strong verbal and written skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Problem-Solving: Innovative thinker able to develop creative solutions for complex integration challenges.

Project Management: Experienced in managing client expectations and delivering projects on schedule.

Domain Knowledge: Experience integrating modules in Recruitment, Learning, and Workforce Planning is a plus.

Vendor Collaboration: Skilled at coordinating and collaborating with third-party vendors.
