Job Overview:

We are seeking a Workday Integration Consultant to support and optimize Workday integrations and reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Workday Integrations, Reporting, and Automation and will play a critical role in improving the company’s HR technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Lead People Technology projects, identifying innovative solutions to improve business processes and the employee experience
✔️ Design, develop, and support Workday integrations (PECI, Core Connectors, EIB, Studio, APIs)
✔️ Optimize and maintain existing integrations, troubleshooting issues and ensuring system performance
✔️ Develop and enhance Workday reports and dashboards, including BIRT reports
✔️ Work closely with business stakeholders to understand technology needs, conduct testing, and support Workday deployments
✔️ Ensure Workday Security & System Configuration align with business requirements

Key Requirements:

✅ 3+ years of HRIS integrations experience (Workday required)
✅ Expertise in Workday Integration tools: PECI, Core Connectors, EIB, Studio, API, and BIRT
✅ Strong knowledge of Workday Core HCM, Business Processes, Security, and System Configuration
✅ Experience working with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align technology with business needs
✅ Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with global teams
