Key Requirements: 

• Workday Expertise: Hands-on experience with Workday HCM/Payroll modules and data migration tools.

• Data Migration Experience: Proven ability to extract, transform, and load (ETL) large datasets into Workday.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Core Connect, or similar integration tools.

• Process Knowledge: Understanding of HR and payroll business processes, data governance, and validation.

• Documentation & Testing: Strong skills in mapping, documenting, and validating data migration activities.

• Soft Skills: Attention to detail, problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and ability to work with global teams.

• Language: Fluent English for documentation and collaboration.
