Key Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in Workday implementation or support, ideally within the Learning module
  • Foundational understanding of Workday HCM, including worker data, organizational structure, and security concepts
  • Strong knowledge of Learning Management System (LMS) processes such as content management, compliance training, and learning assignments
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional Workday configurations
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills
  • Workday Learning certification is preferred but not mandatory
  • Experience working in collaborative environments supporting HR and L&D stakeholders
