Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Workday implementation or support, ideally within the Learning module
- Foundational understanding of Workday HCM, including worker data, organizational structure, and security concepts
- Strong knowledge of Learning Management System (LMS) processes such as content management, compliance training, and learning assignments
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional Workday configurations
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills
- Workday Learning certification is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience working in collaborative environments supporting HR and L&D stakeholders
