Key Requirements:

Extensive experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday Recruiting module

Deep understanding of recruiting and talent acquisition processes, including requisitions, candidate management, interviews, and onboarding

Proficient in Workday reporting, integrations, calculated fields, and business process configurations

Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions and optimize recruiting workflows

Experience troubleshooting, improving system performance, and ensuring data integrity

Strong collaboration and communication skills, partnering with HR, Talent Acquisition teams, and stakeholders

Ability to lead projects, provide training, and support adoption of Workday Recruiting solutions
