Key Requirements:

• Strong expertise in Workday HCM and/or Financials

• Proven end-to-end Workday implementation experience

• Ability to translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions

• Experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, APIs)

• Knowledge of Workday security, reporting, and data conversion

• Lead solution design, governance, and best-practice alignment

• Strong stakeholder, consulting, and leadership skills

• Workday certifications preferred or required
