Key Requirements: 

• Minimum 3+ years' experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations.
• Strong functional knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Manufacturing, or Warehousing modules.
• Proven experience gathering business requirements and translating them into Business Central solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Business Central configuration, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live support.
• Ability to run workshops and engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience creating functional design documents, process mapping, and solution documentation.
• Understanding of end-to-end ERP business processes and best practices.
• Knowledge of Business Central integrations with Microsoft products such as Power Platform, Microsoft 365, or Azure is desirable.
• Experience supporting data migration, user training, and change management activities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certifications are advantageous.
• Experience working within Agile or hybrid project delivery environments is beneficial.
