We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Finance Functional Consultant to join an international D365 programme on an initial 6-month contract.

This is a fully remote opportunity requiring strong hands-on D365 Finance experience, with German and/or French language skills being a key requirement.

The Role

As a D365 F&O Finance Functional Consultant, you will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to support the configuration, implementation and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance.

You’ll play a key role in understanding business requirements, translating these into functional solutions and supporting successful delivery across the programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support D365 F&O Finance configuration and implementation
• Gather and analyse business and finance requirements
• Translate requirements into effective D365 functional solutions
• Configure D365 Finance functionality in line with business needs
• Run workshops and work closely with finance stakeholders
• Produce functional specifications and process documentation
• Support testing, UAT, deployment and go-live activities
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimisation
• Collaborate with technical consultants, developers and wider project teams
• Provide functional guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle

Key Requirements

• Strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Finance experience
• Proven hands-on functional consulting experience
• Strong experience with configuration and implementation
• Good understanding of core finance processes within D365 F&O
• Experience working directly with business and finance stakeholders
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
• Fluent/professional German and/or French
• Available for a 100% / full-time allocation

Advantageous

• Knowledge of German D365 Finance localisation
• Knowledge of French D365 Finance localisation
• Experience working across international or multi-country D365 implementations

Contract Details

This is an initial 6-month contract with the potential for extension and can be completed fully remotely.
