About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a D365 Finance & Operations programme.

Working across business, functional and technical teams, you will take ownership of project delivery, ensuring key milestones, budgets and objectives remain on track throughout the implementation lifecycle.

The Role

As the D365 F&O Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the end-to-end delivery of the programme, acting as a key point of contact between business stakeholders, implementation partners and D365 specialists.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations projects
Manage projects across the full implementation lifecycle, from planning and design through to go-live
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets and key milestones
Coordinate D365 functional and technical workstreams
Manage project scope, risks, issues, actions and dependencies
Lead regular project meetings and provide clear updates to senior stakeholders
Coordinate business stakeholders, D365 consultants, developers and implementation partners
Oversee requirements, design, testing, UAT, data migration and deployment activities
Manage resources and priorities across multiple project workstreams
Ensure effective project governance and documentation
Identify delivery risks and implement appropriate mitigation plans
Support change management and business readiness for go-live

Key Requirements

Strong experience as a Project Manager within Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
Proven experience delivering D365 F&O implementations or transformation programmes
Good understanding of D365 Finance & Operations processes and project lifecycles
Experience managing functional and technical D365 teams
Strong stakeholder and third-party/vendor management experience
Experience managing project budgets, resources and timelines
Strong knowledge of project governance, RAID management and reporting
Excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills
