Role: Senior Business Analyst – SAP MM/WMS

We are looking for an experienced SAP MM/WMS Senior Business Analyst to join a major SAP programme, working closely with business and technical teams to support and optimise SAP Materials Management and Warehouse Management processes.

This is a fully onsite position, 5 days per week, so candidates must be comfortable working from the client site throughout the assignment.

The Role

As the Senior Business Analyst, you will act as the link between business stakeholders and SAP technical teams, helping translate operational requirements into effective SAP solutions.

You will work across SAP MM and Warehouse Management, supporting process improvement, requirements gathering, solution design and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyse and document business requirements across SAP MM and WMS
Work closely with stakeholders to understand existing processes, challenges and improvement opportunities
Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications
Support the design, configuration and implementation of SAP solutions
Analyse and optimise processes across procurement, inventory, materials and warehouse operations
Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders
Support testing, UAT, deployment and post-go-live activities
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements based on SAP best practice
Work closely with functional consultants, developers and wider project teams
Provide guidance and support to business users throughout the programme

Key Requirements

Strong experience as an SAP Business Analyst or Functional Consultant
Excellent knowledge of SAP MM (Materials Management)
Strong experience with SAP Warehouse Management / WMS
Good understanding of procurement, inventory and warehouse processes
Experience gathering requirements and producing functional documentation
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience working on large-scale SAP implementations or transformation programmes
Ability to work effectively between business and technical teams
Fluent Italian and English
Able to work onsite 5 days per week
